February 23, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are rising in Thursday’s trading after a serious drop the day before.

The price of April Brent crude futures on the London ICE Futures Exchange increased by $0.37 (0.46%) to $80.97 per barrel by 09:25 am. Following the trading on 22 February, Brent crude futures for April fell in price by $2.45 (2.95%), to $80.60 per barrel.

By 09:25 am, the price of WTI oil futures for April on the electronic trading of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) rose by $0.38 (0.51%), to $74.33 per barrel. Following the trading on 22 February, the price of April WTI oil futures slumped by $2.41 (3.16%), to $73.95 per barrel.
