February 20, Fineko/abc.az. The request of the State Social Protection Fund (SSPF) for the quotation "purchase of technical service of elevators located in the administrative building of the SSPF office" has been canceled.

ABC.AZ reports that the request was canceled in accordance with Article 27.4 of the Law on Public Procurement.

In accord with this article, if the price of any offer is higher than the estimated price of the relevant goods (works and services), the procuring entity excludes this offer from its procurement procedures.

In cases where the procuring entity determines that the price of the offer submitted by any supplier (contractor) for the performance of the contract of sale must be 20% or more lower than the estimated price, it may reject such offers after fulfilling the following conditions.
