February 15, Fineko/abc.az. In 2022, 95,466 municipal acts (including 2,848 in the Ministry of Justice of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic) submitted for consideration under administrative supervision passed legal examination, as a result of which it was found that 91,307 (95.6%) acts comply with the legislation.

ABC.AZ informs that this was noted in the report on administrative control over the activities of municipalities for 2022, which was discussed today at a meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Regional Issues.

As a result of the legal examination, proposals were made to the relevant municipalities to amend or cancel, in accordance with Law "On Administrative Control over the Activities of Municipalities", 3.699 acts that contradict the requirements of regulatory legal acts, other acts (460) are under consideration. On the basis of these proposals, the municipalities have canceled 1947 acts, amended 1399 acts, and 315 proposals are under consideration. Lawsuits were filed in the courts on 38 proposals that were not satisfied by the municipalities.
