February 13, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are declining in Monday’s trading after rising more than by 2% on Friday and more than by 8% at the end of last week.

The price of April Brent crude futures on the London ICE Futures Exchange fell by $0.87 (1.01%) to $85.52 per barrel by 09:30 am. Following the trading on 10 February, Brent crude futures for April rose by $1.89 (2.24%) to $86.39 per barrel.

By 09:30 am, the price of WTI crude oil futures for March on the electronic trading of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) decreased by $0.87 (1.09%), to $78.85 per barrel. Following the trading on 10 February, the price of March WTI oil futures grew by $1.66 (2.13%) to $79.72 per barrel.

Following the end of last week, Brent crude oil increaesd by 8.07% and WTI by 8.63%.
