December 19, Fineko/abc.az. The tender of the State Social Protection Fund for the rental of office space is canceled.

ABC.AZ reports that then an open electronic tender for the purchase of office space rental services for the central branch of the Insurance & Individual Accounting Fund, announced on 13.10.2022, in accordance with Article 11.1 of the Law on Public Procurement is considered invalid and its continuation is refused.

In accord with Article 11.1 of the Law on Public Procurement, if the number of applicants who submitted a tender offer to participate in the tender is less than three, the procuring entity refuses to continue the tender and within 5 banking days publishes information about this in the press body where the tender was announced and places it on the official website.
