Oil price falls, and Brent is at $86.71 a barrel

November 21, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are declining in Monday’s trading after decrease following the past week.

The price of January Brent crude futures at the London ICE Futures Exchange fell by $0.91 (1.04%) to $86.71 per barrel by 09:25 am. Following the trading on 18 November, these contracts fell by $2.16 (2.41%), to $87.62 per barrel.

The price of December WTI oil futures on the electronic trading of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) by 09:25 am decreased by $0.87 (1.09%) to $79.21 per barrel. Following the trading on 18 November, the price of these contracts fell by $1.56 (1.91%) to $80.08 per barrel.

Following the past week, Brent crude oil fell by $8.37 (8.72%) and WTI oil by $8.88 (9.98%).
