June 6, Fineko/abc.az. An earthquake with magnitude of 5.5 points occurred on the territory of Zagatala district of Azerbaijan.

The Republican Seismological Center reports that the tremors were recorded at 22:40 on local time, 16 km south of Zagatala seismic station.

"In the epicenter the quake was recorded with magnitude of 6 points and the surrounding areas it was felt with power of 5-3 points," the Center said.
