October 12, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan is interested in leasing land for grain crops in Moldova.

ABC.AZ reports that the matter was discussed during the 4th meeting of the Azerbaijani-Moldovan Intergovernmental Commission on Economic & Humanitarian Cooperation, held in Baku on 10 October.

"In particular, the issue was discussed that the parties could consider the possibility of producing and exporting food wheat and other grain crops (soybeans, sunflower) to Azerbaijan by leasing land in Moldova," the source said.
