September 12, Fineko/abc.az. Fitch Solutions has improved its forecast on real GDP growth in Azerbaijan for 2022.

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in August report "Europe Monthly Outlook Presentation" of the rating agency.

Fitch Solutions has increased its forecast for real GDP growth from 3.48% (June figure) to 5.12%. According to the forecast compiled by the agency together with Bloomberg Consensus, in 2022 this figure will be 3.85%.

The Agency has not changed its forecast for average inflation in Azerbaijan in 2022 (7.8%). According to the forecast compiled by Fitch Solutions together with Bloomberg Consensus, by the end of this year the average inflation will be 10.4%.
