July 13, Fineko/abc.az. Venture fund INMerge Ventures took part in the pre-seed round of financing, in which the MagicPort startup raised $3 million. In addition to the fund, Sturgeon Capital, Hustle Fund, Everywhere Ventures, Transport Capital, Caucasus Ventures, Scorpa Pranedya and other investors joined the investment round.

MagicPort develops a platform for automation and analytics in the field of maritime transportation. This solution combines port operations management, business process automation, and real-time operation monitoring on a single digital platform.

The service is already used by over 300 organizations in over 80 countries. The platform helps reduce manual labor, minimize operational errors, improve customer service, and make logistics management more efficient.

INMerge Ventures stated that, in light of digitalization of the global maritime sector, MagicPort could evolve into a sophisticated platform that combines operations management, analytics, compliance tools, and financial services.
