February 17, Fineko/abc.az. Special electronic software will be launched in Azerbaijan to manage the distribution of permit forms issued to drivers for international carriages.

The Ministry of Digital Development & Transport informs that when issuing permit forms, the current demand of carriers for these forms is studied and the volume of international traffic carried out by the carrier in previous periods is taken into account.

Work in this direction continues. The goal is to observe the principle of fairness in the process of distributing permits and to facilitate the access of carriers to receive forms.
