June 14, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on awarding a group of people with 3rd Degree Order ‘For Service to the Motherland’ for performing official duties in the territories liberated from occupation in Karabakh.

ABC.AZ reports that in compliance with the decree Siraj Abyshov, Arif Aliev and Maharram Ibragimov were awarded this order.
