February 15, Fineko/abc.az.  I declared that the lands liberated from the occupation would become a "green energy zone". I’ve already invited foreign and local investors. I must also state that we, as a state, are doing all the main work and will do it ourselves.

ABC.AZ reports that President Ilham Aliyev said this during his visit to the liberated territories, delivering speech in village Gulyabirdh, Lachin district.

"Foreign and local investors, by making investments, can ensure their business interests and declare themselves in order to provide Azerbaijan with long-term, sustainable, cheap and eco-friendly types of energy," the head of state stressed.
