October 6, Fineko/abc.az. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has reacted harshly to the words of French leader Emmanuel Macron that there is a crisis of Islam in the city where Muslims are the majority.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Turkish press that the Turkish leader called these words of Macron an open provocation.

"In fact, Macron wants to hide the crisis in France and the French society. We can never tolerate disrespect for ourselves and our beliefs. Especially in this transient life, we will not accept injustice. Heads of state should be careful about issues that people consider sacred. Macron must also be careful. I have repeatedly told him this," Erdogan said.
