September 16, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree in connection with Vagif Akhundov.

ABC.AZ reports that in compliance with the decree Vagif Akhundov has been awarded the Shohrat Order (Order of Glory) for his many years of fruitful work in the special security agencies of Azerbaijan.
