Azerbaijan’s head has signed a decree on Conscription Service

September 9, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree relating to the measures aimed to modernize the single electronic information system of the State Mobilization & Conscription Service.

ABC.AZ reports that the decree says about allocation of AZN 3.866 million from the Presidential Reserve Fund of State Budget 2020 to the SMCS with the purpose to change radically the security, technical and software tools in the single electronic information system.
