Oil keeps on rising in price in anticipation of OPEC+ deal

April 9, Fineko/abc.az. Oil continues its increasing in price on Thursday on the reports about rapprochement of positions of oil-producing countries and their readiness to cut the production of raw materials.

By 9 am, at the London ICE Futures Exchange Brent crude futures for June rose in price by $0.21 (0.64%) up to $33.05 per barrel.

Following the trading on 8 April at the ICE Futures Exchange the price for June’s Brent oil futures grew by $0.97 (3.04%) up to $ 32.84 per barrel.

By 9 am, at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), WTI futures for May rose by $0.77 (3.07%) up to $25.86 per barrel.

At the end of trading on 8 April at the NYMEX Exchange, May’s WTI oil futures grew by $1.46 (6.18%) up to $25.09 per barrel.
