March 3, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of standard grades continue to rise during trading on Tuesday, after their rising on Monday.

Following the trading on 2 March at the London ICE Futures Exchange, the price of May’s futures for Brent oil rose by $2.23 (4.49%) up to $51.90 per barrel. By 9:20 am, Brent futures for May increased by $1.04 (2%) up to $52.94 per barrel.

Following the trading on 2 March at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), April’s WTI oil futures soared in price by $1.99 (4.45%) up to $46.75 per barrel. By 9:20 am, WTI futures for April grew by $1.06 (2.27%) up to $47.81 per barrel.

Azerbaijani crude oil Azeri Light rose in price by $1.79 (3.44%) up to $53.77 per barrel.
