November 25, Fineko/abc.az. HCL Technologies Azerbaijan LLC is to reduce the authorized capital.

ABC.AZ reports that the announcement was made by newspaper Vergiler (Taxes).

Thus, Company’s creditors accepted the decision to lower the authorized capital of the company in the amount of $300,000 to $1,000 on 25 November 2019 by the founders of HCL TECHNOLOGIES AZERBAIJAN LLC (INN: 1404876901).

In this regard, the Company’s creditors can submit their claims within 30 days from the date of publication to address: AZ1025, Baku, Khatayi District, Nobel Avenue 15, Azure Business Center, Floor 15, Office 98; working days of the week: Monday-Friday; at 10 am – 6 pm.
