New head of executive power of Julfa district appointed

April 2, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the appointment of Siyam Hajiyev as head of the executive power of Julfa district of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
