Azerbaijan earns $280 million in first 2 years of F1 races

February 5, Fineko/abc.az. Baku City Circuit has unveiled the amount the country earned from holding F1 race competitions in Azerbaijan.

BCC executive director Arif Rahimov has stated that the country earned $280 million from the races in 2016-2017.

Today, Azerbaijan signed another agreement and extended the term of the race in Baku until 2023. The previous agreement is valid until 2020.
