September 25, Fineko/abc.az. In Azerbaijan, loans for 262.9 million manats were given through the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund for Jan-Aug 2026 (13.7% less against the 2025 same term).

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan informs that the volume of loans refinanced by the AMCGF decreased by 10.8% to 255.1 million manats.

During the year, the amount of finances raised by the AMCGF through the issuance of bonds dropped by 25% to 300 million manats. The amount of finances allocated to the Fund from the State Budget increased by 33.4% up to 63.9 million manats.
