Karabakh Revival Fund Assets Reach 1.74B Manats — Audit Report Released

August 25, Fineko/abc.az. The Karabakh Revival Fund has published its financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2025, prepared in accordance with IFRS, alongside the independent auditor's report from PwC Azerbaijan. The audit firm confirmed that the statements fairly present the Fund's financial position and results in all material respects. The report was formally approved by the Supervisory Board.

Key Financial Highlights for 2025:

  • Total Assets: The Fund's total assets grew by 7.5% (up 122.1M AZN) to reach 1 billion 739.8 million manats.

  • Financial Income: Investment operations generated 96.9 million manats in revenue (a 29.94% year-on-year increase). Interest from debt securities accounted for 88.3 million manats, while bank deposit interest generated 8.6 million manats. Financial income represented 64.27% of total revenues.

  • Donations: The Fund received 53.8 million manats in total donations during 2025. Preliminary figures for 2026 demonstrate a return to growth in donation inflows.

  • Corporate Tax: Income tax expenses rose by 31.41% to 19.1 million manats. Tax is levied solely on investment returns, as donations remain exempt from income tax.

The rise in operational and administrative expenses was driven by expanded support for regional reconstruction projects and intensified fundraising initiatives.
