June 30, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani banks’ earnings from loans for Jan-May 2026 have been made public.

ABC.AZ informs that according to the Central Bank, in the first 5 months of this year, banks' interest income on loans amounted to 1.825 bn manats (284.5 million manats or 18.5% more versus Jan-May 2025 - 1.541 million manats).

Over Jan-May 2026, interest expenses totaled 831.9 million manats. Most of the interest expenses were related to interest expenses on deposits.
