Aerospace parts manufacturer goes public in New York

June 25, Fineko/abc.az. Doncasters raised $919.3 million in an IPO on the New York Stock Exchange, selling 27.9 million shares at $33 (above the $28-32 range).

ABC.AZ reports that the listing became possible after debt restructuring, when control of the company was transferred to creditors from Dubai International Capital. Doncasters, a division of Precision Castparts, manufactures components for aircraft engines and gas turbines.

The placement was organized by Jefferies and Morgan Stanley. Trading will begin under ticker DPC.
