Authorized capital of payment organization increased up to 1.275 million manats

June 19, Fineko/abc.az. The authorized capital of Global Innovations LLC, the owner of payment organization ePoint has been increased in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that the authorized capital of the company has been increased from 675,200 manats up to 1.275 millio manats (by 600,000 manats, or nearly 88.9%).

Global Innovations LLC was founded in 2014 and received a license from the Central Bank in 2024. The director of the company is Zeynal Kerimzade.
