He added that since 2025, large-scale reforms have been launched in our country aimed at improving public finance management.
"These reforms provide for the formation of a digital state financial information system, creation of more effective enforcement and control mechanisms in financial management. The reforms of the state financial system and strengthening of effective budget control are an important component of national policy and are based on the political will of the esteemed Mr. President. Effective management of public finances in the modern era is not only a financial issue, but also has strategic importance from the point of view of national security, economic sovereignty, social well-being and sustainable development of the state. Undoubtedly, the reforms carried out in the field of public finance management will make an important contribution to the further improvement of budget reporting and transparency in the parliamentary sphere," he said.
"Last year's State Budget was executed under conditions of macroeconomic stability, despite global uncertainty, it can be described as an important financial document serving the economic development of our country, improving the social well-being of the population and ensuring national interests. The budget is formed by a reliable financial base for the tasks and strategic initiatives set, as well as smooth and effective performance of the main functions of the State.
