June 10, Fineko/abc.az. Artificial intelligence does not replace experts, but creates the illusion of understanding among weak specialists.
ABC.AZ informs that Ruslan Vdovichenko, representative of the Kazakh company Freedom Holding, made the relevant statement at the X International Financial and Banking Summit in Baku.
He noted that the widespread use of AI in business processes creates a risk of devaluing the role of experts.
According to Vdovichenko, recently company executives have been uploading financial and legal documents to artificial intelligence systems for quick analysis, and also instructing these systems to identify errors in documents.
"The problem is not that AI finds mistakes, but that these results are placed above professional experience. The owner of the company criticizes lawyers or financiers for a mistake discovered by artificial intelligence. This leads to a reduction in the cost of human expertise. AI does not object to the user, does not ask for his opinion, and this in a sense creates excessive self-confidence among people,” Vdovichenko noted.
