May 5, Fineko/abc.az. In March 2026, banks received 123.2 million manats on 238,000 transactions through rapid money transfer systems in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, that compared with March 2025, the number of transactions decreased by 33,400 (-12.3%), while the volume of funds received increased by 11.7 million manats (+10.5%).

The average amount of one transfer was 578.4 manats (106.8 manats (+26%) more than a year earlier).

According to the CBA, at the end of March, the number of payment cards in circulation in the banking system and Azerpoch grew by 62,000 against the previous month and reached 22.409 cards. In annual terms, the indicator increased by 10%.
