Cabinet Ministers reduced authorized capital of Aqrar Tədarük və Təchizat

April 6, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet Ministers amended the Decision from July 4, 2019 "On Approval of the Charter of Aqrar Tədarük və Təchizat OJSC.

ABC.AZ informs that in this regard, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a new decision, according to which company’s authorized capital was reduced from 6 million to 1 million manats.

Aqrar Tədarük və Təchizat OJSC was established in 2016 with the aim of supporting the sale of farmers' products, facilitating access of agricultural products to the market, centralized procurement of agricultural products for government needs, and the formation of transparent trading mechanisms in the agricultural sector.
