March 18, Fineko/abc.az. The State Tax Service has carried out the state registration of the branch of Dearsan Gemi Inşaat Sanayi Anonim Şirkəti in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the STS, the legal address of the branch is Baku city, Garadagh district, Salyan Highway, 17th km, and its legal representative is Hande Yildirim Gamgam, the daughter of the former president of the Turkish football club Fenerbahce Aziz Yildirim.

Dearsan Gemi Inşaat Sanayi was founded in 1980 and is one of the leading companies in the Turkish defense industry. The company builds military and civilian vessels. Its owner is A. Yildirim.
