February 6, Fineko/abc.az. The authorized capital of payment organization Fizza Pay LLC has been increased.

ABC.AZ reports that company’s authorized capital has been increased from 600,100 up to 645,100 manats. Thus, the capital was increased by 45,000 manats, or nearly 7.5%.

Fizza Pay LLC was established in 2019 and operates under license No. ÖT-007 issued by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan on August 28, 2024. The company carries out activities for acquiring payment transactions, as well as mediation services for conducting payment transactions.

The director of the company is Orhan Mirzamamedli.
