December 17, Fineko/abc.az. Subsidiary mechanisms play a crucial role in the development of the agricultural sector in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that the vice-president of the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organizations (ASK) Ziya Hajili informed this at the final event devoted to the Agricultural Business Festivals.

"In Azerbaijan, the state does not directly interfere in the development of entrepreneurship in the agricultural sector, but creates favorable conditions for the formation and expansion of business. The state acts only as a regulator, does not interfere in the economic activities of entrepreneurs, but simply creates conditions. As a result, a contract worth more than 28 million manats has been signed in the agribusiness sector today, and business partnership plays a key role in this process. The development of the agricultural sector is an integral part of government policy in many countries. The agricultural sector is not only a business, but also a strategic and political issue. This approach is also applied in Azerbaijan," he said.
