November 3, Fineko/abc.az. Baku Shopping Center LLC has announced the reduction of the authorized capital from 7.1 million manats to 2.5 million manats from 13 November 2025.

ABC.AZ reports that this means a reduction of nearly 4.6 million manats, and the company is actually withdrawing part of its capital.

Creditors can submit their claims within a month at the address: Nizami district, Bahruz Nuriev street, 30.

The LLC was registered in 2024.
