NBCO, which replaced the shareholder, increases its authorized capital up to 600,000 manats

September 24, Fineko/abc.az. As a result of increase in the authorized capital carried out at the beginning of this year in NBCO Azkredit, there have been changes in the share capital structure.

ABC.AZ reports that initially the sole shareholder of Azkredit was Mahir Mammadov, and his share was 100% based on 3,000 shares with nominal value of 100 manats each.

However, after April 10, 2024, the total authorized capital increased to 600,000 manats due to the recently issued 3,000 shares with par value of 100 manats.

As a result, the shareholder was replaced, and Gurban Askerov became the owner of all shares.

The total value of 6,000 ordinary, registered, undocumented shares owned by him is 600,000 manats, which is 100% of the authorized capital of the NBCO.
