September 24, Fineko/abc.az. The liquidation of four limited liability companies in Azerbaijan has been published.

ABC.AZ reports that according to companies' notices sent to creditors, today Seaside LLC (TIN: 1406868941) announced termination of its activities and informed creditors of the possibility to present their claims within two months at address: 153, Neftchilar Avenue, Nasimi district, Baku.

On the same day, September 24, 2025 at 11:06 a.m., SMT Consulting LLC (TIN: 1405382951) also announced liquidation and instructed creditors to send their appeals to the address: 28, Akademik Mirali Gashkay Street, Apart. 9, Nasimi district, Baku.

Modul Engineering LLC (TIN: 1903639251) announced that it will accept creditors' claims at address: 65, Abdulvahab Salamzade Street, Narimanov District.

A day earlier, on September 23, 2025, Prive 8 Group LLC (TIN: 1605614561) announced termination of its activities and provided creditors with two months to submit applications to address: 1061, Hasan Aliyev Street, Nasimi district, Baku.
