September 10, Fineko/abc.az. In Azerbaijan, the warehouse company Beyləqan Anbar LLC is reducing its charter capital by more than 33%.

According to ABC.AZ, the company’s charter capital has been decreased by 1 million manats and set at 2 million manats.

Debtors and creditors of Beyləqan Anbar LLC have been notified. Under the law, creditors are entitled to demand the termination and early fulfillment of the company’s obligations related to the capital reduction, as well as compensation for any losses incurred.

The LLC operates in the Shafag settlement of the Beylagan district. The company was established in February 2025.
