July 22, Fineko/abc.az. The authorized capital of Qarabağ Taxıl LLC has been reduced by 6,371,963 manats and set at 8,972,387.

ABC.AZ reports that debtors and creditors of the company are warned about this, and the law stipulates that creditors have the right to demand termination and early fulfillment of obligations of a legal entity to reduce the authorized capital and compensation for losses.

Qarabağ Taxıl LLC is a subsidiary of Səba OJSC with a sole founder, and its legal representative is Vugar Baloglanov.
