March 13, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Feb 2025, our country produced 4.5 million tons of oil (together with condensate) (a drop of 6.25% against the 2024 same term).

ABC.AZ was informed at the Ministry of Energy that 2.6 million tons of production accounted for Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli field, 600,000 tons (condensate) for Shah Deniz field, 100,000 tons (condensate) for Absheron field. SOCAR's oil production (together with condensate) reached 1.2 million tons.

In two months, 3.7 million tons of oil (along with condensate) were exported. Of them, 3.2 million tons accounted for consortia, 400,000 tons for SOCAR, and 100,000 tons for Absheron field.

This February, daily oil production (together with condensate) totaled 77,500 tons (584,000 barrels), including 63,100 tons (465,000 barrels) of crude oil and 14,400 tons (119,000 barrels) of condensate.

Oil refining during this period reached 1.2 million tons (9.1%, or 0.1 million tons more against Jan-Feb 2024).
