December 16, Fineko/abc.az. The authorized capital of Azersheker LLC has been increased again.

ABC.AZ informs that company’s authorized capital has been increased by 1.52 million manats.

Thus, the authorized capital of the company was increased from 115.645 million manats up to 117.165 million manats.

Azersheker was created in 2017. The company is engaged in production of sugar beet, as well as wheat, barley, corn and soybeans. It owns acreage in Agjabedi, Baku, Fuzuli, Yevlakh and Shamkir. The legal representative of the company is Anar Mehdiyev.
