 November 21, Fineko/abc.az. Transport company Rhenus Freight East Gmbh (Germany) has established a new subsidiary in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ infors that this is Rhenus Logistics Azerbaijan LLC.

The company was registered in October by the Baku City Local Revenues Main Department at address: 49/C, Tbilisi Avenue, Yasamal.

The director of Rhenus Logistics Azerbaijan LLC is Ykaterina Zuban. In 2015, she headed the company's branch across the country.

The authorized capital of the company is 25,000 euros.

Rhenus Group Holzvikede, founded in 1912, is an international logistics service provider based in Germany. The company has branches in Europe, India, North, Central and South America, Asia, Africa and Oceania. The company's revenue in 2023 amounted to 7.5 billion euros. It is a subsidiary of German company Rethmann Group.
