 November 21, Fineko/abc.az. American automaker Ford intends to cut about 4,000 jobs in Europe by the end of 2027 as part of a savings program, including 2,900 jobs only at the plant in Germany, ABC.AZ reports, refering to concern's website.

Approximately 800 jobs are to be cut in the UK and 300 jobs in other European countries. Most of the cuts will affect the Ford plant in Cologne. The company's headquarters in Europe and a factory for production of two models of electric vehicles are located there. In total, 11,500 people are working in Cologne. About a quarter of the jobs will be cut there.
