ABC.AZ reports that Faktor RuS-1 CJSC announced the reorganization as a result of the accession of Company FSL LLC to it.

Faktor Group-S-1 CJSC was established in 2020. Its authorized capital is 2,574,640 manats, and the legal representative is Elvin Guliyev.
