January 22, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan exported 8,765 tons of pears for $5.626 million to foreign countries for Jan-Nov 2023 ($3.13 million, or 2.2-fold more in value terms, and 4,863 tons, or 2.2-fold more versus Jan-Nov 2022), ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee.

The country exported 3,903 tons of pears for $2.549 million for Jan-Nov 2022.

The export price for 1 ton of pears this year was $642, and last year it was $670. Thus, the export price dropped by $28 (4.1%) last year.

This means that the export price per kg of pears for Jan-Nov 2023 reached 1.09 manats and in 2022 - 1.13 manats.
