Azerbaijan delivered first batch of 36 tons of eggs to Russia

December 20, Fineko/abc.az. The first batch of edible eggs from Azerbaijan was imported in Russia, ABC.AZ reports with reference to Rosselkhoznadzor.

"On December 19, the first batch of edible eggs from Azerbaijan in the amount of 36 tons (612,000 eggs) was imported through the Yarag-Kazmalyar checkpoint," the service said.

These products will be further sold in the country.

Earlier, Russian Agriculture Minister Dmitry Patrushev said that the process of removing import duties on eggs is almost complete, this will affect the cost of the product in Russia.
