December 14, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on measures to encourage youth training in the military sphere.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the decree, in order to train professional warrant officers, the Cabinet Ministers is tasked to create three special purpose military colleges in Baku, Ganja and Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic within three months at the National Defense University, which is part of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan, and inform the president about this.

At the initial stage, the president allocated 2 million manats to the Ministry of Defense to organize activities of military colleges and create the necessary infrastructure.
