October 19, Fineko/abc.az. The revenues of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) for 2024 are projected at the level of AZN 12.73 billion and expenses – AZN 12.86 billion, ABC.AZ reports with reference to Finance Ministry’s website. 

SOFAZ revenues for 2024 were calculated by taking the average oil price - $60 a barrel.

Thus, according to forecasts, SOFAZ budget deficit in 2024 will total AZN 788.73 million.
According to the Finance Ministry, SOFAZ transfers to State Budget 2024 are planned at the level of AZN 12.78 billion, or 99.4% of SOFAZ expenditures next year.
