ABC.AZ informs that company’s authorized capital increased by AZN 3.4 million or 12.5% up to AZN 30.6 million.

Abşeron Invest was founded in November 2022 (add: Sabail district of Baku, Salyan Highway, 6H, 13th km). CMS INVEST LLC and CMS PROPERTIES LLC are located at this address.

Company’s CEO Vugar Novruzov joined CMS in 2018 and is an Internal audit administrator.
