September 18, Fineko/abc.az. Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba plans to invest in Türkiye.
ABC.AZ reports that Alibaba, the main shareholder of Trendyol, plans to make an investment of $2 bn in Türkiye.
Alibaba Group President Michael Evans, who met with President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Istanbul on Friday, said they had invested $1.4 billion in Türkiye through Trendyol.
Michael Evans informed President Erdogan about the planned investments in Türkiye.
