August 28, Fineko/abc.az. Benchmark oil prices are slightly rising at the auction on Monday.

The price of October futures for Brent crude on the London ICE Futures exchange rose by $0.05 (0.06%) by 09:20 to $84.53 per barrel. As a result of trading on August 25, Brent oil futures for October rose by $1.12 (1.34%) to $84.48 per barrel.

The cost of WTI oil futures for October in electronic trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) by 09:20 rose by $0.11 (0.14%) to $79.94 per barrel. As a result of trading on August 25, the price of the October futures for WTI oil rose by $0.78 (0.99%) to $79.83 per barrel.

Since the start of the week, Brent has lost 0.38% and WTI oil has lost 1.03%.
